The Art of Living Kerala – 29 Days with Ayurveda

28 Nights / 29 Days | ALT DMC – Kerala and Beyond

The Art of Living Kerala is a deeply immersive 29-day journey that combines the timeless science of Ayurveda with the natural rhythm of Kerala. Designed for those seeking healing, balance, and inner clarity, this program goes beyond travel—it is a complete physical, mental, and emotional reset.

Rooted in authentic Ayurvedic traditions, your journey includes personalized treatments, guided therapies, mindful nutrition, and a slower way of living, all set across Kerala’s most serene landscapes—from tranquil backwaters to lush green retreats.

What Makes This Journey Unique
  • Authentic Ayurvedic Rejuvenation – Guided by certified practitioners with personalized treatment plans

  • Slow Living Experience – Time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

  • Nature as Therapy – Healing environments across forests, water, and open landscapes

  • Holistic Approach – Balance of body, mind, and lifestyle—not just treatments

The Experience

Your days flow with a gentle rhythm—therapies, nourishing meals, quiet walks, and moments of stillness. This is not about doing more, but about allowing yourself to slow down and restore naturally.

The Outcome

You leave lighter, clearer, and renewed—with not just relaxation, but a deeper sense of well-being and a more balanced way of living.
